Leny Yoro recovery is set for three months following successful foot surgery, as the Premier League club announced on Monday.

Yoro, 18, exited early in a preseason friendly against Arsenal in Los Angeles last week. Alongside him, forward Rasmus Højlund also sustained an injury and will be sidelined for six weeks due to a hamstring issue.

Manchester United stated, “Yoro’s rehabilitation starts now and we look forward to the 18-year-old returning to fitness in around three months.”

Leny Yoro recovery is now the focus as the young defender aims to regain his fitness. United signed Yoro in July from Ligue 1 side Lille for a fee of $66.2 million on a five-year contract.
