Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has said that Scott McTominay is unlikely to be available for Saturday’s Premier League clash against Bournemouth, but Marcus Rashford should feature.

McTominay was absent for last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Liverpool due to an injury problem, while Rashford was forced off against Jurgen Klopp‘s side in the second period.

Rashford did not take part in Wednesday’s training session, leading to suggestions that he would be unavailable for the clash against the Cherries this weekend.

However, the England international was able to train on Thursday and has a strong chance of featuring in the squad against Andoni Iraola‘s side.

A final decision on McTominay is yet to be made, although Ten Hag has admitted that the Scotland international is highly unlikely to be available for selection in Saturday’s late start.
