The visitors had made a promising start at Molineux, with early chances for Rhian Brewster and James McAtee. VAR decided the incident did not meet the threshold for violent conduct for a red card, which would have been a relief for a side that saw Mason Holgate dismissed in the first half against Brighton last weekend.
